Buffalo Shrimp Quesadillas
Move over Buffalo Chicken, the new hot item is Buffalo Shrimp Quesadillas! The unmistakably satisfying taste of Buffalo sauce combines perfectly with shrimp to make a deliciously hot quesadilla.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
FROM THAWED* (Recommended):
Oven Bake: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet or tray with aluminum foil and coat the surface lightly with a Non-Stick spray. Remove Quesadillas from all packaging, and place on baking sheet or tray. Bake for 7-8 minutes, then flip the Quesadillas over and Bake for an additional 7-8 minutes.
Pan-Sauté: Lightly oil both sides of the Quesadillas or spray them with a Non-Stick spray. Place a skillet or fry pan on low-to-medium heat. Place Quesadillas in skillet or fry pan and cook on each side until golden brown. Then finish Quesadillas in a pre-heated oven at 375°F for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Grill: Pre-heat grill to medium heat and coat grill surface with a Non-Stick spray. Remove Quesadillas from all packaging, and place directly on the grill for 2-3 minutes. Flip the Quesadillas over, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
* To Thaw: Remove from packaging and place Quesadillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
From Frozen:

Note: Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Ovens and grills vary so additional or less time may be needed.
