We’ve marinated a great tasting tilapia fillet with a sweet sauce that also has some spiciness. The result is lots of flavor in a light and flaky piece of fish.
Pan Saute – From Thawed
Place both fillet and sauce in medium sized pan (medium heat) and cook for 5-7 minutes. Carefully turn fillet over, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes; basting the fillet with the sauce*.
Bake – From Frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from all packaging, and place fillet and sauce on a baking sheet or tray and bake for 16-20 minutes*.
*Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
