Garlic Herb Cod Marinated Fillet
The naturally mild flavor of cod is enhanced with a great-tasting marinade of garlic and herbs seasonings. The light a flaky texture makes this healthy meal option, for lunch or dinner.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan Saute – From Thawed
Place both fillet and sauce in medium sized pan (medium heat) and cook for 6-8 minutes. Carefully turn fillet over, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes; basting the fillet with the sauce*.
Bake – From Frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from all packaging, and place fillet and sauce on a baking sheet or tray and bake for 25-28 minutes*.
*Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
