Cajun Wild Salmon Marinated Fillet
All natural, and naturally healthy salmon fillets are marinated in a peppery Cajun sauce to create a chef inspired meal that can be enhanced easily with fresh vegetables. We’ve done the work; all you need to do is the cooking.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pan Saute – From Thawed
Place both fillet and sauce in medium sized pan (medium heat) and cook for 6-8 minutes. Carefully turn fillet over, and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes; basting the fillet with the sauce*.
Bake – From Frozen
Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from all packaging, and place fillet and sauce on a baking sheet or tray and bake for 20-25 minutes*.
*Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
Stoves and Ovens vary; so additional time may be needed.
