Seasoned Atlantic Salmon on Cedar Plank
Premium Atlantic salmon is enhanced with the light, black pepper seasoning to give it just the right amount of kick. The flavor seeps into the salmon fillet during cooking on the cedar plank, making every bite delicious.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven Instructions: Cook from Frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove all packaging, but leave on cedar plank. Place Seasoned Salmon, and Cedar Plank, on an aluminum foil lined baking tray. Bake for 26-32 minutes, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Ovens vary, so additional time may be needed.
Grilling Instructions: Cook from thawed. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove from all packaging, but leave on cedar plank. Place Seasoned Salmon, and Cedar Plank, directly on grill grates and grill for 25-32 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved. Grills vary, so additional time may be needed.
