Oven Instructions: Cook from Frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove all packaging, but leave on cedar plank. Place Mediterranean Mahi-Mahi, and Cedar Plank, on an aluminum foil lined baking tray. Bake for 26-32 minutes, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Ovens vary, so additional time may be needed.
Grilling Instructions: Cook from thawed. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove from all packaging, but leave on cedar plank. Place Mediterranean Mahi-Mahi, and Cedar Plank, directly on grill grates and grill for 25-32 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved. Grills vary, so additional time may be needed.
