Mediterranean Mahi-Mahi on Cedar Plank
The firm texture and mild flavor of mahi mahi makes it the perfect fish for flavorful sauces. This dish delivers great taste with tender flakes of fish seasoned with a traditional onion and garlic Mediterranean sauce. Cedar planking cooking adds a woodsy goodness.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Oven Instructions: Cook from Frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove all packaging, but leave on cedar plank. Place Mediterranean Mahi-Mahi, and Cedar Plank, on an aluminum foil lined baking tray. Bake for 26-32 minutes, until an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Ovens vary, so additional time may be needed.
Grilling Instructions: Cook from thawed. Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove from all packaging, but leave on cedar plank. Place Mediterranean Mahi-Mahi, and Cedar Plank, directly on grill grates and grill for 25-32 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165°F is achieved. Grills vary, so additional time may be needed.
