Pan Sauté (From Thawed)
In a medium pan, heat 2 Tablespoons of oil on medium heat. Lay burger into the oil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Carefully turn burger over and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Bake – Oven (From Frozen)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from all packaging, and place burger on baking sheet or tray. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
Grill (From Frozen)
On medium heat, lay burger on grill for 5-7 minutes. Carefully turn burger over and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
